Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Son of Roy and Glenna Kaye who moved to Florida in the early 1950′s originally from New Brunswick, Canada. Two older sisters, Faith and Wendy along with one younger sister, Melanie who all reside in the Jacksonville area. Grew up on the westside of Jacksonville, attended Wesconnett Elementary, Jefferson Davis Jr. High and graduated from Nathan B. Forrest High School, class of 75′. Attended St. Johns River Jr. College in Palatka studying civil engineering and construction design.
Raised in a Southern Baptist Church, Jacksonville Heights Baptist until graduation and then later attended First Baptist Church from 1976-1996. Currently a member and Elder of Christ Church in Manadarin a Presbyterian Church (PCA). I have been married just over (30) years to Kim (Clark) also a native of Jacksonville and have three wonderful children, Haley, Philip and Sarah-Grace.
I have been self employed most of my life and currently have a small consulting company that I’m able to work from an office in my home in northern St. Johns County just south of Jacksonville.
